hello livejournal world. i am in spain and currently in the old library full of books older than my country. Spain is a wonderful place and I have been generally more happy here than I have been in a long long time. Well I can't even read my own livejournal because I deleted the background and all that stuff...so its basically white and INVISIBLE! I leave for Barcelona in 2 days and I am looking forward to some beach and Gaudi.

Many many books. Especially due to those dang series books...i have like 50 Animorphs. Unfortunatly, my book purchasing has been low this past year...stupid expensive school books.

2) The last book I bought?

Rape of the Masters...sounds like a heavy title, but its about how political correctness has ruined art/art history. Check it out. Its a good one.

3) Last book I read?

Rape of the Masters.

1:Book of Romans - Bible

2:Matilda- Roald Dahl - first Roald Dahl book I ever read...certianly not the last. I partially blame him for my twisted brain.

3: Number the Stars- Louis Lowery - First painful impact of history on me, along with a profound stance in what friendship and loyalty is.

4: Tale of Two Cities - Dickens - one of the first soap operas!

5:Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants- Anne Brashers,mmmmm so good.

So...two days before finals...Drew and I decide it would be a splendid idea to go to Magic Mountain! We took that 5 hour drive...and here is our adventure (many pictures...don't be angry!)

we woke stacey up and made her come too! Look how happy she is!!!

we took a tour...ALL AROUND.

the animal tamer found out goats like leaves...

drew made stacey smile finally! ( ;) )

although he spent the day with two REALLY HOT CHICKS(kidding), he still missed his girlfriend...

On the way up....

we came back the next day to ride X one last time...only to find ourselves being exploited!!...i guess we were cute enough for display

On the way home we found a "U-turn" light!! wooooow....

Drew was the superman of this trip...thank you for the escape my favorite birthday buddy.

we also drove in death fog, hung out with my family and 2nd family (G,K,V,C,N,...), and saw Jenn and Seth!
and that was our trip!
hope we pass our classes...

If I had anything intelligent to say, I would have said it long ago.

I'm giving up on this whole deep journal crap. I will save that for a book. So I guess I write for the hell of it. I am in college now. Separatedfrom many of my loved ones, they need updates somehow. I need them too.

update:

University of the Pacific. Tiger Pride woot. Best dorm ever. 18 units. English major (for now). Making money in the Music/AV department of the library. Piano is tedious. Choir is challenging...and fun. Stockton is ghetto. Actually learning...and enjoying it.

I couldn't be at a better school, or have better friends.

I'm finally legal. Officer Perez can stick it! I'll loiter in any park, at any time of the night i want!
My birthday was WONDERFUL. A bit bumpy getting there, but once the weekend rolled around, it was nothing but surprises and smiles. I was definitely in some need of consistent happiness. Thanks to my home friends for visiting, leaving love messages, and remembering me (Do you have a homemade Van Gogh blanket?? no!). Thanks to my dorm friends for plane ticket fundraisers, slip-n-slides, cake, hugs, and carebears. Drew, never enjoyed sharing the day more.

I'm going to be April O'Niel from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Halloween. yes, I have 4 turtles to fight crime with. be jealous.

My school is absolutely gorgeous in the fall. The ivy on the brick buildings turns red, different colored leaves everywhere, and the air is so cold and smells so comforting you'd wish class was a little farther away.

I'm back where I left off in the sad department. Nothing much to say about that.

My worst fear did not come true. I still love and miss all my friends from back home. yet the separation thing is still happening anyways. Why? Its impossible to stay in contact with that many people. Just hope everyone knows that, even if we have not talked in a while,... if you ever needed anything, I'd be there in a heartbeat. I mean it.

Should probably do some work at work. I will try and put pictures up soon.

They were playing "White Christmas" in Ralphs today.

Are we so desperate to be happy that we must play Christmas music almost 3 months early?

My boys came and visited me last weekend! I can't even begin to explain the happy.

and...i have nothing else to say right now. I'm sorry...
Its hard to write when you want to the most. I am so happy and desperatly sad right now. I wish I had an itelligent, poetic, or worthy way of writing that down. In the mean time...I sit alone on a Sat. night.
